自然教育徑令人聯想到親子活動或學校活動，與浪漫遊風馬牛不相及；將兩者連結在一起，緣於一本書「香港鬧巿小登山之浪漫遊食版」。坊間介紹本地登山的書多如天上繁星，所以許多作者要出奇招吸引讀者。
這書的對象是情侣，包括一些未成氣候尚在感情試探階段的男女。它的特色包括：1.登山徑雖以鬧巿為起點及終點，但登山後卻遠離繁囂；2.作者介紹景點時都會加插一些戀人在身邊時的主觀感受，其中情路小提示一欄更列出共度時光(行程需要的時間)、崎嶇指數、樹蔭指數、浪漫指數、僻靜指數及拖手機會等項目，十分盞鬼；3.列出一些下山後徒步可到而又值得推薦的美食店。
我們先從青衣鐵路站坐248M，幾個站後便到了長宏邨，登山徑的入口就在這裡。
按書所說，全程要走一小時三十分鐘，最終我和老公一小時便走完全程。
沿途的指示都很清楚，不容易迷路。

從這個角度看青馬大橋還是第一次呢！
這條登山徑樹蔭指數不高，所以要帶備防曬用品。
沿途看到一條未啓用的隧道，不知道它通哪兒？
沿途景觀多變化，令人目不暇給。
下山的地方是青衣西路，不遠處有九巴及小巴站，可乘車返青衣鐵路站。我們到青衣城MacCafe喝咖啡吃蛋糕，十分悠閒，也很愜意。
一個早上就這樣愉快的度過。
最可惜是欠缺了浪漫合照…

Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
